Our Solution: We discovered that this issue came from a broken torsion garage door spring. Due to how heavy the door is, it couldn’t lift all the way without it. Our experts clamped the door to keep it in place, then released the tension to easily remove the pieces of spring. After installing the new one, we tested the tension and balance.
