Customer Issue: Mr. French had grown frustrated by how unreliable his current garage door opener had become, and wanted something he could count on.
Our Solution: Our technicians felt that a LiftMaster 8365W-267 model garage door opener best suited what Mr. French had been looking for. The keyless entry system would let his family easily come in and out while protecting his home from strangers. We detached the old opener from the system and overhead bar, sliding the LiftMaster on in its place, and set up the safety sensors.

Customer Issue: Mr. Berry wanted a new garage door put in that would be affordable, but last a long time as well.
Our Solution: We offered several suggestions to Mr. Berry, but highly recommended a Sears Traditional series door in particular. It fit nicely within his budget, as well as being durable, and completely reliable. Our technicians slid the rollers of the door into the tracks and closed them, then got the springs and cable installed to test the balance and adjust the tension accordingly.
