Garage Door Installation
Customer Issue: Ms. Brock didn’t want to do a lot of upkeep on her garage door, and also hoped it would be well insulated.
Our Solution: We had a variety of different styles for Ms. Brock to look over, and choose from. Ultimately, she liked the Amarr Hillcrest model for having the properties she had been looking for, as well as the carriage house design. Our professionals secured the rollers in the tracks and connected the rest of the system. We then checked the door’s balance.
Garage Door Off Track
Customer Issue: The screws holding in the customer’s garage door tracks came loose, causing the tracks to wobble and the bottom rollers to slip out.
Our Solution: After lifting the garage door manually off of its tracks, our technicians got out the leveler and drills and carefully fastened both of the tracks back into firm alignment. They then reinstalled the door from the top, and reengaged the opener and sensors for testing.
Garage Door Opener Repair
Customer Issue: Mrs. Milerra’s opener wasn’t responding to any commands, remote or wall switch, despite the lights being on.
Our Solution: Since the power supply was clearly working fine and the garage door motor wasn’t being engaged at all, the problem had to be in the control system. As expected, replacing the motherboard and reprogramming the device from its factory defaults resolved the issue.
Garage Door Opener Replacement
Customer Issue: The Ivestor family’s garage door opener served them faithfully for many years, and earned its retirement.
Our Solution: The customers were happy with their previous opener, so they had it replaced with a similar one from the same company. The Craftsman 53930 chain drive opener fit into the old housing and trolley track, and was easily programmed to fit their garage door and control systems.
